Ikunna Foundation Flags off Youth Empowerment Progamme at Orl

The Founder Joseph Chukwu Ikunna foundation yesterday at the All Saints Anglican Church Amaifeke Orlu, LGA Imo state flagged off a week Youths Empowerment Programme for Imo Youths.
The Empowerment programme geared towards training the Imo youth on Desktop publishing website Designing and CCNA, has over 1500 participant in attendance as it was kicked started on the 21st October, to be rounded up by 29th November 2013.
Addressing the participant during the flagging off event, Chief Ikunna stated that he understands the people’s needs, stressing that he gives to get satisfaction. He added that his wife Mrs Christiana Chiyere Ikunna is a major player in JCI foundation. He further revealed that since the inception of JCI foundation, 4 years ago, it has impacted positively on the life of youths and women.
Chief Ikunna who hails from Mbidi in Oru West LGA disclosed that the foundation is dedicated to improving lives and relieving the suffering of the youth and women from Imo State. He assured the participant that before 6 weeks they will understand all the packages, adding that if they show interest and commitment, the foundation will organize more empowerment programmes in other zones in the state.
Chief Ikunna disclosed to the participants that at the end of the programme, over 10 Laptop will be up for grabs as gifts to outstanding participants who must have distinguished themselves among others stressing that he wished the foundation could provide Laptop for every participant after training.
