Hospital Patients In Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Fed Constituency Benefit From Nnanna Igbokwe’s Health Programme

Over the weekend, the team of Hon. Nnanna Igbokwe’s Constituency Out- Reach Programme on health led by Chief Steve Nwonu visited four hospitals in Ahiazu-Ezinihitte Federal Constituency to settle the bills of twelve discharged patients who were unable to pay their bills.
The hospitals visited were Mejex Hospital Ogbe Ahiara, Crown Hospital, Nnarambia, Ahiara junction in Ahiazu- Mbaise L.G.A. and Rophi Clinic and Maternity Okpofe, Violete Memorial Hospital and Maternity Umuoma Okpefo in Ezinhitte Mbaise Local Government.
The beneficiaries of Hon. Igbokwe’s milk of human kindness included three men, twins, and eight women who had the singular luck of their bills paid.
Paul Agoha from Lude Ahiara, Miss Assumpta Ukaibe of Umuawada, Onicha, Madam Kate Anywanwu of Umuimee Okpofe and Mr. Benjamin Arikpo, from Cross River residing in Okpofe were among the beneficiaries.
Others were Miss Ojiugo Amadikwa of Ezihu Eziudo, Mrs. Vivian Ihuoma of Umuichee Ezegbogu and Master Chikaora Eze of Umunachi Ezegbogu. Twin babies of Mrs. Lovelin Anumro of Umuoma Ogbe, Mrs. Roselin Chibundu of Ihitteaforukwu, Ahiazu L.G.A., a widow, Madam Ogechi Onyeadurunu of Umuayoka Akabor Ahiazu also benefited.
Responding on behalf of others, Mr. Paul Agoha thanked Igbokwe for coming to their aid when all hope of settling their bills was lost and prayed God to guide him in all his endeavours.
In a statement after the exercise, Special Assistant (Media) to Hon. Igbokwe, Mr. Chidi Madu reiterated the desire of Igbokwe to sustain the programme monthly. Mr. Madu confirmed that since the programme was launched in May this year, thirty-one people from the Federal Constituency have had their bills settled by Hon. Nnanna Igbokwe.
