The leader and founder of Friends Of Good Governance (FOGGOV) Chief Dr. Leo Okereke said during their second meeting held last weekend at his residence, that FOGGOV is setting its road map for good governance in Imo state.
Speaking to Newsmen, Dr. Okereke re-iterated the factors that posses threat to good governance in the Nation, noting that Nigerians home and abroad are clamoring for good governance in other to attain sustainable growth peace and unity in the country.
Denying his present involvement with the Progressive People’s Alliance (PPA), as he disclosed his commitment with the People’s Democratic Party, Dr. Okereke Stated that FOGGOV comprises of all the various political parties in Nigeria.
He however added that FOGGOV is neither a political platform nor a political party for any member, person or group to relay upon, as we were meant to understand that the organization FOGGOV is gradually becoming a National Affair which its domicile Headquarters will be situated in Imo state.
He further stressed that FOGGOV methodology for conveying massages to of good governance the government will take divers forms to enable government see reasons for good governance, he urged members of FOGGOV who turned out in their numbers to be good ambassadors of good governance, charging the people of Nigeria who would love to see good governance prevail to join the FOGGOV team so as to achieve good governance in Nigeria.
