Trumpeta Head of Sports Desk Buries Sister

Head, Sports Desk of Trumpeta Newspapers, Mr Sampson Orji Nwadike, , on 29th June, 2013, buried his younger sister, Late Mrs Stella Mgboro Kanu, amid tears at her husband home town, Ndivi compound Eziovuru, Agagwu, in Arochukwu LGA, Abia state.
Delivering a sermon at the burial ceremony, Evangelist Chimamkpam Umezurike of Assemblies of God Church, Umuahia, said late Mrs Stella was a true believer who was highly devoted in her service to God and always encouraged and advised people to fear God and love mankind. He told the congregation to always think of their lives and do what is right before God, stating that the living should know that death is inevitable hence righteousness.
The husband of late Mrs Stella, Mr Dickson kanu Okoro, in his tribute said his late wife’s death remains a shock to him. He lamented that he will always remember his wife’s words of encouragement. He described her as a priceless jewel.
Also, in his tribute, a the elder brother of late Mrs Stella, Mr Sampson Nwadike Orji, expressed hurt, saying she would always remain in their hearts. He wished her smooth transition to the great beyond.
Late Mrs Stella Mgboro Kanu Okoro was born in 1976 into family of Mr Gilbert Orji Nwakike in Eze-Ukpabi, Ugbo in Arochukwu LGA of Abia state as the second daughter in the family. She was an NCE holder from Alvan IKoku College of Education Owerri, between 2003 to 2005. She was a rare angel with noble and humble character. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
