Iwuanyanwu eulogizes late Ezinne Obiyo

A frontline politician and member of Board of Trustees of the People Democratic Party of Nigeria PDP Chief Financial Iwuanyanwu have described the late Dame Emily Obiyo of Nneise Ugirike in Ikeduru Local Government Area as an epitome of a virtuous woman.

Chief Iwuanyanwu who spoke on Sunday when he lead a team of leaders in Ikeduru on a condolence visit to the family told the deceased son Chief Uzoma Obiyo to be happy over the exit of the late mother foe being able to run a fruitful race on earth.

He said that for the woman and indeed the family to produce a very resourceful person in Chief Obiyo is an indication of the discipline and uprightness values which they imbibed on the family.

According to Chief Iwuanyanwu, all mortals shall eventually transit one day and as such our prayers should always be to leave a worthy and remarkable legacy on the footprints of life.

He therefore prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased soul.

Also speaking, the member representing Ikeduru in the Imo state House of Assembly Hon Chief Sam daddy Anyanwu joined in the prayers for the peaceful repose of the deceased soul.

Responding, the bereaved Chief Uzoma Obiyo remarked that the visit is one of his most treasured since the death of her mother and prayed for God’s guidance and protection of the entourage.

Highlight of the visit was a thirty minutes songs of praise for the peaceful repose of the deceased conducted by Chief Iwuanyanwu himself.

In the entourage included the President General of                Ikeduru Patriotic Union, his Secretary and the Publicity Secretary Chief Vitalis Orikeze Ajumbe, Hon Dr Emeka Ukaegbu, Hon Gerry Ogu.

Others are Hon Chief Barr Uche Igbokwe, Hon Chief Sam Aka, Chief Alonso Iwuamadi and Hon Okey Ezuruike.
