IMO SECURITY NETWORK ASSURES IMOLITES OF IMPROVED SECURITY SYSTEM

The Imo State Security Network Unit (ISN) Commandants have assured the people of ImoStateof an improved security system in all the crane and corners of the state. According to reports reaching Imo Trumpeta, the Commander in charge of unit 03 (Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area) Chief Ugochukwu Nwachukwu Udoaku did reveal that all the commanders of the 27 units of ISN have vowed to repay the trust given to them by the Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha with an improved security system round the state. Chief Udoaku who spoke to our correspondent at his home in Eziala Ogwu, Nguru-Nwenkwo in Aboh Mbaise were about 20 of its commanders held a crucial meeting on how to make Imo a crime-free state. He also informed that the state security unit will liaise with all the security outfits in the state to make Imo safe. He stated that his team resolved in the meeting to kick-off an awareness campaign that will cut across the entire 27 LGAs starting from Aboh Mbaise to help make the public know that they mean business. In his own words, Mr Tony Ogbonna the Commander in charge of Ngor-Okpala LG used the opportunity to commend the efforts of his excellency Rochas Okorocha who has contributed so much in ensuring that the lives and properties of Imo people are safe. He then stated categorically that the security Network will do everything within their power to pursue crime, assuring the governor of their full dedication towards the set target. Mr Ogbonna also used the medium to warn the public that his team would not mind whose ox is gored in their activities to fight crime in the state provided it yields the required results pointing out that the network is not politically oriented as they are instituted to provide a condusive environment for every Imolites including it visitors. The security campaign awareness according to our correspondent will be driven round all the 27 Local Government Areas to make the people understand that there is no substitute for a crime-free society.
