..LOC Unveils Sports Commissioner, Others
All things being equal, registration for the 13th edition of Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria YSFON, organized Owerri Mock Champions Football league will close by 12 midnight of Tuesday October 25, 2022.
According to reports gathered from the Local Organizing Committee LOC, headed by Hon Johnny Opara “BeGood”, the teams who are yet to complete their registration are hereby urged to ensure that they do the need full.
BeGood who also used the opportunity to urge cooperate organizations well meaning sons and daughters of the state including political candidates to also key into the annual football competition which in the past years has nurtured talented Footballers to greatness by supporting the competition financially and with material support.
He further disclosed that upon expiration of the registration date, the draws will take place at Farno Guest House Behind Chicken Rep, Ikennegbu Layout, Owerr while the competition kicks -off on Saturday October 29, 2022 at Old Township Stadium, Owerri.
Meanwhile, the LOC members of the YSFON Owerri Mock Champions League led by Hon Johnny Opara “BeGood” have unveiled the Imo state Sports Commissioner, Hon Dan Chike Ogu among other top personalities and captains of industries in the state as partners of this year’s competition.
Other dignitaries who were recently unveiled and expressed to work with YSFON Imo state in using sports to liberate youths and empower them include; the CEO of Camela Oil, Hon Chigbo Ikoro and Access Bank Regional Manager, Mr Okey Ehieme among others.
