The United Nations Developments Program (UNDP) within the last few years has emphasized and keeps emphasizing on human capital development. The Prince Noel Productions, Inc seemed to have heard this as they produced the first ever grassroots talent hunts tagged “Imo Got Talent”. The Grassroot talent search which was focused on Music, Dancing, Comedy acting and modeling had the seal of Imo state government. It was championed by the former commissioners of Information Dr Duruji, Special Duties, Barr. Ezerioha & Culture and Tourism Engr. Ogwazuo and the present Commissioner for Youth and Sports Mr Kenneth Emelu.
After Four months of serious competition, 3 budding artists emerged namely

Asiegbulem, Ethelbert Chinonso ( Pizzow)
Today Friday, 30th Nov, 2012 a major milestone was achieved as Prince Emmanuel Unegbu & Ike Julius Obinwugo, the CEO & MD of Prince Noel Productions, Inc signs a recording & Production deal with the Houston, Texas leading recording label “Franco Records”, A recording deal that will catapult the young winners of Imo Got Talent to the international scene.
Briefing Newsmen at the Prince Noel Productions, inc global headquarter in Houston, Texas USA Mr. Frank Bonghan, the CEO Franco Records said, ‘we assure Prince Noel Productions, Inc and Imo State Government that upon arrival of the 3 budding artists to Houston early 2013 “we at Franco records will provide them the best recording of their lifetime, training and productions necessary to boost their career objectives as they return to Nigeria after training.
Ike Obinwugo, the Vice President & MD Prince Noel Productions, Inc in his remarks thanked Mr Bonghan and the entire Franco records team for initiating the deal and signing up the artists and promising to take it head on in taking them to the next level as such impacting positive change to their lives.
Furthermore the CEO\President of Prince Noel Productions, Inc, Prince Emmanuel Unegbu showered lots of thanks to the Executive Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha OON, for his corporation and the conducive atmosphere in Imo State during the Competition.
