Imo CP Tutors Police officers

Imo state Commissioner of Police, B.A Bolanta, last Wednesday tutored officers and men of No 18 Mobile Police Force at Mobile Force Headquarters along Owerri-Onitsha road, Imo State.

During the lecture, the Commissioner reminded them to be police friendly so as to build a harmonious relationship with the members of the public. He gave tips on Military Techniques, Targets and tips that will help the Police Force carry out their duties whenever and wherever the need arises.

The Commissioner stated that the (IG) Inspector General of Police is building a responsive and responsible police force which he will enable officers and men of the Mobile Police Force understand their obligations.

The CP also commended the Squadron Commander S.S Jephthah for executing some major projects in the PMF Quarters and urged the officers and men of the Police force to emulate his leadership qualities, and he condemned indiscipline and corrupt practices in the police force, urging them to pledge to deal with crime in the state as he promised to reward good and honest police men.

Speaking in his welcome remarks, the Squadron commander of No 18 Mobile Police Force, SP SS Jephthah thanked the Commissioner for his efforts towards combating crime in the state and his commitment and concern for the welfare of the officers and men of the police force.

Meanwhile, during an interactive session with the Commissioner and men of No 18 PMF, the Commissioner advised all with complains to consult their Squadron commandant for clarification. He assured the men and officials of the police force that the police Headquarters are making efforts to provide a conducive accommodation for the members of the Police Force.
