Former Imo House of Assembly Aspirant, Executive Director Believe Movement, Isu LGA and State Acting Secretary of the Movement, Architect Chukwunonso Nnaji (mnia) has reaffirmed support for the 3R Government of His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodinma, onwa oyoko, the Executive Governor of Imo State.
Speaking with newsmen on the recent visit paid to Governor Uzodinma by the members of Believe Movement International, Arch Nnaji described the visit as one embarked upon on solidarity. He said the movement is in full support of the Governor.
Arch. Nnaji said Believe Movement is structured, and the sitting Governor is automatically the Grand Chancellor of the Movement, adding that on the day of the visit, the Governor was bestowed with the honour of Grand Chancellor and was decorated with a muffler.
Speaking further, The Vibrant Son of Isu LGA, Arch Nnaji described Believe Movement as a socio-political organization that is saddled with the responsibility of working in synergy with Government to transform Imo State and Nigeria in general.
Arch. Nnaji said, “Believe Movement International is a political organization aimed at bringing change, what do I mean by change? I mean bringing quality leadership, to cause a wide spread change in Nigeria, the reason for the visit to his Excellency the Executive Governor of Imo State is to reaffirm our support, you know, the membership of the Movement is predominantly All Progressives Congress, APC and the Government of the day is APC ably led by Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma. And the visit is just to fraternize with the governor, pledge our loyalty and in turn solicit his support”
The outspoken Architect turn politician said the movement seized the opportunity to bestow on the governor the title of Grand Chancellor, an office which was previously held by other persons.
He said the intention of the movement is to foster the growth and development of individual members of the movement as well as the movement as a whole.
The former House of Assembly Aspirant, Arch Nnaji also said, “Believe Movement International is spread across the 27 Local Government Areas of Imo State, what do we intend to achieve in future? There are top political offices in the State, ranging from House of Assembly seats down to other political offices such as commissioners and special advisers, if our subsequent participation in the Government of the day is actualized, even during elections, we will be able to strategically place our members in positions to cause change”.
Arch Nnaji who is a member of Nigerian Institute Architects described All Progressives Congress, APC as one big family with Governor Hope Uzodinma at the helm of affairs.
He said, “APC is one in Imo State, APC is one big family. The leader of the party is the highest political office holder in the state or in the country, in Imo State, we all know the leader of the party”.
On the issue of security, Arch Nnaji commended the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma for the peace in Imo, adding that the Governor have done tremendously well in the area of security. Using his wisdom and intelligence.
The political heavyweight who hails from a very humble background as gathered by newsmen urged Imolites to have faith in the 3R shared prosperity government of Governor Hope Uzodinma, adding that Governor Uzodinma have good plans for Imo citizens, which according to him is enshrined in the 3R mantra.
