Arsenal Football Club of Orji last week emerged winners of the Christine Science School Lovers Football Championship after defeating Manchester United Football Club of Ohaji 4 – 1.
The game which was decided at the Orji Primary School field saw the Arsenal young boys scoring 3 goals in the first half and rapping it up during the second half to emerge champions.

Speaking after the encounter, the Chief host of the championship and proprietor of the school, Mr Kelechi Onyedika said the aim of the competition is to help discover young talented players who will become super Stars of tomorrow and help foster unity through football.
He said that his school is always ready to partner with the government and private individuals who wants to invest in the development of sports in the state.
