Serious Confusion reportedly hit the Njemanze axis of Ekeukwu Market on Wednesday Morning after mayhem was allegedly unleashed on a woman branded theif.
Trumpeta gathered a woman by Name Mrs Mbisiogu Chiamaka who reportedly hails from Omuma Isiaku in Ideato Local Government Area of Imo State was allegedly almost beating to Coma and Striped Naked by some traders at the Market after being accused of Stealing her Neighbor’s Basket of Tomatoe.
This paper was further told that her Private Part was allegedly damaged by those who inflicted injury on her during the said Jungle Justice.
Narrating her ordeal the, middle aged woman who happenes to be a Widow disclosed that the problem started when she sold goods worth of N7, 500 in the Morning, and her neighbour who noticed what happened began to call her a harlot and later accused her of stealing a basket of Tomatoe.
The Widow said she then replied her it was her own basket of tomatoes that she was selling, but her neighbour continued to accuse her and this excalated into a big crisis and confusion in the market.
She said her Neighbour Continued and invited some men who later arrived and Started beating her, parading her round the Ekeukwu Market but at the End it was discovered that She was wrongly accused.
News later got to them that her Neighbour has found her goods and at that point they took her to the Security outfit in the Market where they Apologized and gave her some money to treat herself.
However the Woman revealed that those who attacked her sometime ago requested her friendship with them and she refused for that the joined hand in beating her up.
The Woman as we Gathered has been taken to Hospital for Treatment but with Mixed reaction has continued to trail the action of the traders against the Widow
