Governor Uzodinma Has 99% Capacity To Serve The State -Emeka Nduka

Imo State governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma has been commended for his leadership style, since his assumption into office as the Executive governor of the State.
This eulogy was made by the member representing Ehime Mbano State constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Emeka Nduka, as the governor marked his 100days in office.
In a felicitation message dropped by the Ehime Mbano lawmaker who was declared the authentic winner for the Assembly seat in an appeal court judgment, under the platform of the All Progressive Congress, APC, described Uzodinma as a worthy servant leader, who is ready to lay down his life for the welfare of Imo State.
Hon Nduka opined that on the average scale of 100 percent, Governor Hope Uzodinma has shown great capacity to serve the State.
While reeling out some of the landmark achievements of this government, he stated that Uzodinma’s love for humanity cannot be overemphasized, using his struggle and dedication to prevent the entry of the dreaded coronavirus pandemic into the State as a case study.
He stated that not only did the government provided palliatives to all the communities in the State, he also gave preventive health materials like hand sanitizers, gloves, face masks, as well as fumigated the streets of Owerri.
To that vein, Hon Nduka enjoined all and sundry to abide by the World Health Organization, WHO, rules and guidelines, in consonance with the State government’s regulation on social distancing.
Recalling that adequate protection of life and property is a primary duty of every responsible government, Nduka gave kudos to the governor for ensuring that Imo was declared a crime free State which he said was made possible through the establishment and strengthening of the security agencies.
Furthermore, the governor was extolled for a robust increase in the IGR of the State, restoration of electricity in the State Secretariat, prompt payment of salaries and pensions.
Another angle Uzodinma’s led administration was eulogised was in the area of the revival of ADAPALM, restoration of water scheme across the State which had never been in existence for decades, massive roads construction, as well as local government reforms.
Speaking further, the vibrant legislator revealed that the cordial relationship that exists among the Executive and the Legislature could not be seen elsewhere, adding that as an eloquent parliamentarian, the unity of purpose gave birth to the signing of 3 bills into law by Senator Hope Uzodinma.
“Our relationship with the executive arm has been cordial. We have been enjoying a harmonious relationship with the erstwhile Federal legislator, within this short period, he has signed 3 bills into law for an overall interest of the masses”.
“Imo State has not been ravaged by the deadly virus due to God’s favour and love for us, and also, due to the sound rules and regulations kept on ground by the government in ensuring that Covid-19 is kept arm’s length from the State”.
Meanwhile, Hon. Emeka Nduka called for cooperation of Ndi Imo to enable the government serve better, saying,
“If we give the government a desired cooperation, we are going to have the best governance in Senator Hope Uzodinma”.
