Another chapter was added to the history of the present members of the Imo State House of Assembly when the All Progressive Congress APC answered present with a member.
The Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Collins Chiji, on Tuesday swore in, Emeka Nduka, as the lawmaker, representing Ehime Mbano State Constituency at the State House of Assembly, Owerri. Nduka is of the APC.
An Appeal Court that sat in Owerri, had ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to withdraw the certificate of return it had issued to Hon Lawman Duruji.
