COMMISSIONER ASSURES IHEDIOHA OF OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE 

The Commissioner representing Orlu zone at the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, Hon Kelechi Duru has assured the governor Hon Emeka Ihedioha and his Deputy Hon Gerald Irona of quality delivery and optimal performance by the Commission.
He stated this while fielding questions from newsmen on the recent Appeal court victory of the governor. Hon Duru used the medium to thank the governor and his Deputy for finding him and his colleagues worthy to be appointed as Commissioners and Board members in the Commission.
He assured the governor that they will never be found wanting in the discharge of their duties, disclosing that the present Commissioners and Board Members are the best in the history of Imo and since the formation of the Commission.
He boasted that no set will beat their performance.
On the recent Appeal court victory of the governor and his deputy, the ISOPADEC Commissioner said that it is an indication that God is behind the governors emergence. He seemingly called on the opposition to sheath their sword and support the governor to rebuild Imo, pointing out that Imo belongs to all of them. He opined that Ihedioha’s victory is the mandate of Imolites and divine.
He further stated that the governor has started to fulfil his campaign promises, pointing out that pensioners have been paid and received their pensions at the comfort of their homes without being asked to queue up endlessly under the scorching sun. He also disclosed that road rehabilitation has commenced in the state and can be testified by all, stressing that this is a tip of the eyes berg as the governor is poised to rebuild Imo and restore it back to its former glory. He also noted that Imolites are now enjoying the dividends of democracy, revealing that the 27 Local Government Areas of the state will soon wear a new look as new secretariat complex and mini stadia are being constructed in all the LGA’s. He called on those distracting the governor to embrace peace and join him to rebuild the state and advised that they should stop wasting their fund in further litigation.
He concluded by saying “Imo wu nke anyi”.
