This is not the best of times for a former House of Reps member, Hon Rapheal Nnanna Igbokwe who lost chances to unsettle the Member Representing Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Federal Constituency in the House of Reps, Hon Emeka Martins Chinedu.
Tribunal yesterday struck out the case of Igbokwe of APC who challenged Chinedu for lack of merit.
Not satisfied with the decision of the Tribunal, Igbokwe took to his Facebook page to lament the non consideration of his appeal by blaming the chairman of the panel of judges.
Igbokwe said that it didn’t not come as a surprise given the “hostile nature of the Chairman throughout the sittings.
“The judgment is unacceptable to us.
“We urge our supporters to be calm as our Lawyers are studying the situation for our next line of action. Justice shall surely prevail”
In a related development, the same Tribunal has also given Member Representing Nkwerre, Isu, Nwangele and Njaba Fed Constituency, Hon Ugonna Ozuruigbo the go ahead to proceed in the national assembly.
Ozuruigbo known as OZB walked passed Kingsley Echendu of the PDP challenging his election.
