“Wonders, they say shall, never end” sometime within the week, a female student of the Imo State University Owerri was visited by the spirit of her late aunt in her hostel, situated by Okigwe road opposite Imo Water Corporation.
The information gathered by Campus Gist has it that the student (name withheld) a five hundred level student of Optometry, was in her next door neighbour’s room when the aunt’s spirit whose corpse is still lying in the mortuary appeared to her. According to the information, the girl who hails from Ohafia had gone to the neighbours balcony to was her hands after having a meal of fried yam, potatoes, plantain, fish popularly called fries by IMSU students when the anti’s spirit appeared to her, frightened to the bone marrow, she screamed to the highest of her voice and dashed inside the room, taking refuge at the side of a male student. The spirit followed her into the room as she continued screaming and pointing at the alleged spirit that was seen only by her.
At this juncture, the other occupants of the room (students) could not help it but run out of the room as fast as their legs can carry them.
However, it was believed that the late aunt mighty have wanted to relay/give an important message to the scared girl.
