Uche Nwosu Factor: Gov’s Younger Sister, Ogechi in Trouble, Faces Sack Over Hubby’s Guber Bid. .Okorocha family intervenes

Rochas-3

Except there was a change of mind, the Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has concluded plans to remove his younger sister, Mrs Ogechi Ololo as the Commissioner for Happiness and Deputy Chief of Staff Government House, Owerri.

Reason? Trumpeta learnt that Okorocha is disappointed in Ogechi for supporting her husband, Chief Chucks Ololo to join the Imo Governorship race, when he (Okorocha) had ordered that only his Chief of Staff, and son in- law, Chief Uche Nwosu be supported as his successor in office come 2019.

This Newspaper learnt that weeks and months after Okorocha had warned the sister to desist from backing the husband, with no positive result, the Governor has therefore resolved to relieve Ogechi of his double portfolio in the Rescue Mission Government.

Sources said that Ogechi had a heated argument with the elder brother over her husband’s ambition, where she made it clear that she was ready to relinquish her two jobs than ask her husband to pull out from the Governorship race.

Trumpeta learnt that in recent times, the Governor has been making unpleasant remarks about Ogechi’s productivity in office, which sources say is a prelude to push her out of office.

This Newspaper learnt that the Okorocha siblings are behind Ololo’s ambition, while Okorocha and the wife are behind their son in-law, Uche Nwosu.

However, despite the threats, Chucks Ololo has moved on with his under-ground canvassing and consultations as he was told to keep on the race as “anything can happen”.

Ololo last week was sighted at Sam Mbakwe Airport in company of Senator Ifeanyi Araraume, Imo Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere, and Senator Benji Uwajumogu, disembarking from a flight from Abuja.

The trio are not in the good books of Okorocha, who is now apprehensive that the younger sister’s husband has joined his political opponents.

When Okorocha will carry out the sack is not sure, but why is not the issue now. Meanwhile, sources from Government House Owerri told Trumpeta that Okorocha may not be disposed to appointing any other person as Commissioner for Happiness because the office in the first place sounds strange and bizarre in these climes.
