I’ll rekindle the voice of Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Fed. Constituency at the National Assembly – Ifeanyi Amaechi

Owing to the release of Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, time-table, a front line entrepreneur, an advocate for the youths in governance and United Nation Peace Ambassador, Hon Ifeanyi Darlington Amaechi has declared intent to aspire for the Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Federal House of Representative ticket under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

The Oil and Gas business expert disclosed this last Thursday at his Deffanny Home Limited where he convened a meeting of Mbaise sons and daughters comprising of frontline politicians, youth leaders across party boards and journalists, (Mbaise Media Vanguard) to brainstorm on the way forward as the general election approaches, owing to the dilapidating state of roads and absence of essential amenities in Mbaise.

Responding on the call to serve his people, Amb. Amaechi maintained that he will rekindle the voice of Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Federal Constituency proactively through efficient and effective legislative representation at the green chambers and ensure capital development using legislative arm to compel government in assisting young people discover their talent.

Unveiling an intimidating résumé, worthy for the Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Federal House Rep seat, Hon Amaechi Darlington reiterated his commitment to serve based on his qualifications and experiences from the civil service and as an entrepreneur. He called on his people to support his ambition to clinch the PDP ticket and emerge victorious ahead 2019. According to him, ”political offices are not business venture, I was convinced to represent my people, I am not aspiring for financial gains but to serve my people, am contented with what I have”, he concluded.

Speaking, some political leaders from the Federal constituency, Dr Kachi Nwaoga, Chief Steve Onu and others prominent politicians who encouraged and advised the aspirant, applauded his visions for seeking ways to improve and better the lot of Mbaise and its people above all other self interest.

According to Chief Steve Onu, Mbaise politicians of early Nigeria were driven with self determination to better the living standard of their people through developmental projects and programs. He urged all prospective candidates ahead 2019 to revive all ailing projects in the area.

Lending his voice, Dr Kachi Nwaoga revealed that as long as people of the area go home through bush paths, Mbaise will remain under developed. According to him “we need to have a plan for Mbaise, politicians from Mbaise with the spirit to lead developmental projects are people we need to transform the area” he said.

Speaking, the publisher of City Star newspapers and coordinator of Mbaise Media Vanguard, Mr. Eze Adiuku While elaborating on the essence of the media in sensitizing and projecting credible candidate to the populace maintained that Mbaise can be better through collective efforts with the media to inform the government on the need for government intervention in areas on infrastructure. Mr. Eze Adiuku applauded the peace ambassador for his bold step and assured him the support from media through Mbaise Media Vanguard.
