Following his undying desire to return the Eastern Heartland club back to the pinnacle of Nigerian football again, the President of Heartland Football Club of Owerri, Hon Goodfaith Chibuzo Etuemena has been extolled for bringing administrative ingenuity to the club that has turned things around for good since after taking over the mantle of leadership of the states on club.

The recent commendation is recently coming from the president of Imo Kultural and Welfare Union Manchester (IKWU), Chief Christian Ukaegbu who expressed this at his official unveiling as another VIP supporter of the club at the club’s office in Ikemba Ojukwu Center, new Owerri.

Chief Ukaegbu said what the Imo state darling team was able to achieve under Chief Etuemena is worth giving maximum support to take the club to greater heights.

The Manchester based business mogul used the forum to appeal to government and good spirited Imo citizens to come to the club’s assistance because if it’s strategic and unique position as a source of joy and entertainment to Imo citizens and urged that the club should not be allowed to go down again in the history of Imo state.

He assured Chief Etuemena that he and his Union in Manchester will always solidly support the club in their own little capacity urging him not to relent or rest on oars.

Accompanying Chief Ukaegbu to the ceremony was his friend, a Manchester in England based business associate, Chief Raymond Anozie.

Earlier the president of Heartland Football Club, Etuemena said the only Imo state darling team has remained and will continue to be the pride of Ndimo and realizing that he decided to put his all to ensure the Naze millionaires remains what it represents thanking Chief Ukaegbu for identify with the club.

Heartland FC last season regained its position back in the Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL, after sensationally dominating the NNL largely due to the managerial abilities of Hon Etuemena and the synergy he struck with his management team, the players, Coaches and the supporters.

Meanwhile, most supporters of the Naze Millionaires have been asking questions on the level of preparedness of their darling club considering that other NPFL sides including those from other south east states like Enyimba, Rangers, Abia Warriors and FC Ifeanyi Ubah have all gone far with preparations barely one month to the commencement of the league.
