The “Onye ahia kom kom” crusader, a graduate of business Administration from Polynek, is also executing a hostel project at Umuagwo to help ease the accommodation problem of Imo poly students.
Speaking to Imo Trumpeta Weekend Extravaganza Crew (WE), Obisco revealed that he was motivated into bongo music by his love for Igbo culture at a tender age of 12 and he has used his music to promote Igbo Culture and tradition within and outside Nigeria since going into professional in 2006 with his ‘Ebirilam’ album. He told WE that he has (3) three individual albums and several collos, he went further to reveal that his fourth (4th) album titled “Onye amuma Nekede” is almost set for the market.
“Onye – amuma Nekede” in the making showered his loyalty and homage to Chima Eke “Obaraeze”, whom his referred to as his mentor in the Bongo music industry. He also advised prospective artists to focus on what they will give to the people to make/keep them happy and not to front financial gains and cheap popularity as their yardstick.
WE, However went a bit personal, and Obisco revealed that he is the first son from the first wife in a polygamous family and that he is married to Mrs Akaomachukwu Okparacho, they are blessed with three kids (2 boys and a girl).
