When beauty and brain meets, innovation and creativity materializes, this has proven to be true as the Nigerian representative at the finals of United Nation beauty pageant (UNP) in Mexico who was recently called to Bar, Queen Egemba Uzoamaka Ivy in continuation of her effort to champion the course of youths development in Nigeria through sport, unveiled a football academy, “Clique Football In Nigeria”.
According to a release issued to extravaganza, the top Nigerian model Queen Ivy posited that the government and other private institutions and agencies can promote youth empowerment through sports (football academies), she said if critical attention is given to this area, its multiplier effect will induce economic activity positively, she pointed-out that sports men and women (footballers) are so educated in chosen careers of the choice aside sports.
Queen Ivy who is also an African-child projects Ambassador, further elaborated on the economical gains of youth empowerment if properly harnessed, stressing that her campaign is set to empower over 50 football talent across the State, expressing gratitude to God almighty for her successful “Call To Bar Ceremony”, she thanked God for her parent and Alma Mater for the solid foundation which resulted to greatness.
The beauty queen who hails from Aboh Ihite-Owerri in Orlu LGA of Imo State – Nigeria, attended International Secondary School Orlu – Imo State, and made it into Imo State University at age of 15years, graduated at 20years, and proceeded to the Nigerian law school in Yenagoa Bayelsa State is of the opinion that youths are the leaders of tomorrow and so should be well taken care of now.
