Another Tragedy Averted

The ever busy IMSU junction has been associated with series of accidents that have claimed innocent lives of unsuspecting victims. The area is never free as road users ply there every other time of the day, going about their usual daily activities.
Some of the accidents are as a result or carelessness, pedestrians as well as commuters who walk into their doom due to negligence and failure to observe common road signs and paying less attention to the law of “ looking before crossing”
Just last Monday evening, what would have resulted into yet another bloodshed was averted at the popular IMUS roundabout, as an upcoming Blue Bird car swerved, running into another upcoming Volvo vehicle and knocking off its fender.
The incidents get into a hot confrontation from the offended party with the offending party rendering apologies for his recklessness which would have led to loss of precious lives.
According to an eyewitness, the driver of the Volvo car did not look before crossing thereby putting his life and that of the other party into grave danger. Nobody was however injured though the offending party accepted to take full responsibility for his actions.
