Rotary Intl honours land commissioner Hon. Nwosu, six others

The rotary club of Aladinma has hounoured the commissioner of Lands Survey and Urban Planning Hon. Uche Nwosu and six others with community service Award in recognition of their humanitarian service to humanity.
Other award recipients includes Prof. F.C` Dike (SAN, Chief AB Anichebe (SAN), Chief J.K Gadzma, Chief (Mrs) Victoria Awomolo (SAN), Chief Chris Uche (SAN), and Chief D.D Dodo among others bagged Fellowship of Paul Harris Award.
The event which was held at Links Hotel last weekend was well attended by well meaning Nigerians as the president of Rotary Club Aladinma, RTN Chikaodi Igbokwe noted that the concept behind the formation of the club was to seek ways to alleviating human sufferings in our society, stressing that the selection of Commissioner Uche Nwosu was not by accident but as a result of painstaking evaluation of his personal attributes and what he represents. He eulogized the commissioner for attracting investors into the state by eliminating the bottle neck associated with access to land.
In a related development, Hon. Uche Nwosu who was represented by Mr. Amos Uche Akano A member of Land Use Allocation Committee. In his address expressed appreciation for the award. He noted that it was the result of his contributions and empowerment to the less privileged in the society and promised to maintain the tempo.
Speaking to journalists, Bar, C.Y Ihemedu the past assistant Governor of Rotary Club of Aladinma and the Chairman of the organizing committee described Hon Uche Nwosu as a true gentleman who have distinguished himself to have merited the award. He recalled that a grade level 3 staff was rewarded with a brand new car for hard work, courtesy of Hon. Nwosu.
Speaking also Rtn Fab Uwaforo Okochu, the assistant Governor of Rotary International maintained that Rotary Club is for humanitarian service.
