No Crisis In Owerri Municipal Council- PDP

The crisis rocking PDP in Owerri Municipal Council is now restored.
Speaking, a chieftain of the party in the area, Survy. Ferdinand Anorue (KSJ) said at a meeting recently which was attended by over 1000 members including past and present Local Government Executives, Councillors, Ward Chairmen, Part Leaders and Stakeholders namely Prince Victor Njemanze, Sir Ferdinand Anorue, Chief J.C Nwachukwu (Former Chairman), Hon. Mike Ahumibe (Former SOLAD), Hon. T.C. Ebebe, Obinga T.C. Abiaziem, Chief Ambrose Nkwodimma (Abumalaya), Hon. Stanley Anabele, Hon. Best Stone, Chief Alphonsus Enweremadu, Prince Eze Ngbowu Njemanze, Chief Ben Ihejieto, Hon. Babs Njoku, Chief (Mrs) Angela Akunna among others.
The meeting presided by the Part Chairman, Hon. Deacon Paul Ajunwa (Isiopi)- Sir Anorue said resolved that there should be no more disunity. He welcomed the members and thanked them for their steadfastness and urged them to forget their ugly past. He enjoined the members to unite and work for the battle ahead, stressing that they should shun any act that will truncate the success of PDP in Owerri Municipal.
Sir Anorue commended the Party Leader in Owerri Municipal, Hon. Chief Ernest Ibejiakor (Nwandaa) for supporting the effort of their coming together and advised the members not to relent in their bid to restore the lost glory of PDP in Owerri Municipal and Imo State.
He called on the party members to shun other parties’ advancement for it is better to remain in PDP for Imo State is PDP dominated irrespective of the parties and their agents maintain that these parties cannot take Imolites to the promised land because they have nothing good to offer to Imo State.
Sir Anorue remarked that Chief Nkwodimma made a cash donation of the sum of N100,000 to the party which was highly applauded by the members. He appealed to the members to avoid any problem that will set PDP backwards in Owerri Municipal but to should remain supportive and focused.
