Union Bank Disappoints Customers

The Union Bank Plc has been asked to sit up in its activity because in recent years it has been too slow in its services to its esteemed customers. Thus, almost all its branches in Africa has always faced this challenge of disappearance of Network from its system, while its Security Doors are also not in order. Hereby delaying customers movements who are always in to transact one business or the other with the bank.
POPULAR SIDE understands that the old generation bank disappointed its customers again on Tuesday 21 May, 2013, who came to do business with it.
Also the poor attitude and unseriousness of some staffers towards arresting the problems therein which had faced them in recent years. Customers lament bitterly almost every day over the slow activities of the bank which they have been experiencing in recent times.
