IMO PDP REPLACES VACANT POSITIONS

.As Ihedioha Vows Party Will Bounce Back
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Imo State chapter, has replaced the various vacant positions in the party, as a former Governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha assured Imo PDP members that the party will bounce back to reckoning in the State again.
In a meeting of the Party’s State Executive Committee SEC, attended by two past State Governors of the State, His Excellencies, Chief Achike Udenwa and Emeka Ihedioha, the SEC deliberated, nominated and approved the  nominees for Party vacant positions.
The vacant positions filled are; Secretary, Hon Solomon Onwuegbuchulam, State Assistant Secretary (Owerri Zone) Prince Macdonald Enwere, State Assistant Legal Adviser; Barr Chisimdi Nwandu, Vice Chairman Orlu Zone, Hon Ezeru Damian, Woman Leader; Lolo Ijeoma Domike and Youth Leader; Anozie Udenwa.
The new Executive members emerged following the constitution of PDP, which says that vacant offices by death or resignation shall be filled by appointing or electing officers from the Areas the former officers hailed from.
The various positions became vacant following mass resignation of Imo PDP State Working Committee SWC members who joined ruling All Progressive Congress, APC.
The meeting was attended strictly by invitation, and was meant for only qualified officials.
The new officers were later sworn-in by the Imo PDP Legal Adviser, Bar Kissinger Ikeokwu.
The Leader of the party in Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha told the top officials and Leaders of the party that PDP shall bounce back in Imo State.
He said that this was not the first time Imo PDP would be written off yet after some years, it bounces back stronger to clinch power in Imo State.
Ihedioha called for discipline in the Party, cautioning Leaders to always live in consulting each other to create respect and peace within the Party.
Present include Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha,  Chief Achike Udenwa, Chief Charles Ugwu, Barr Chris Okewulonu, Barr Uche Onyeagocha, Prof Jude Njoku, Prof Obioma Iheduru, Hon Emeka Chinedu, Hon Prince Amuchie,  Hon Ugochukwu Nnawuihe, Rt Hon Nnaemeka Maduagwu, Rt Hon Chuman Nnaji, Hon Oliver Enwerenem, Chief Henry Ekpe, Chief Hon Emeka Chinedu, Chief Chinemere Madu, Sir Stanley Ekezie, Nze Law Biaduo, Rt Hon Lawman Duruji, Engr Austine Okeke, Hon Jonas Okeke, Rt Hon Okey Olekanma, Hon Ben Mere, Chief Innocent Ekenma and others.
