An Imo state born female football prodigy whom pundits have already tagged, future African Best player has quietly been making headlines for the right reasons at the tender age of 15
She is the Imo Strikers Queens forward, Achifula Harmony, who netted nine times for her side, six against Brave Hearts including a free kick she scored in the opening day in the 2022 Nationwide, Nigeria Women Football League in Benin City.
She also scored the winner against fellow Oriental sister side from Umuahia, Abia state, Ubakala Queens FC.
Trumpeta sports desk gathered at the recently concluded Soccer Queens Football Competition in Kogi State earlier this year, she was named the Most Valuable Player MVP, as tongs started waging agreeing that another football prodigy has once again been discovered in Nigeria.
While some prefer to call her Desire Oparanozi in the making, other football pundits have penciled down the Imo Strikers Queens FC goal poacher as a potential Football mega star that is emerging.
To say the least, her great football artistry at the tender age of 15, masterminding the attack with the possessive style of football that earned her the MVP at the Moses Bako organized competition in Lokoja, transcends the birth of a super star.
In a chat with some journalist, she said:
“I think the football skills are inherently deposited in me and my football style is to play a possessive football that would be out of the reach of my opponents.” Harmony revealed
The Achi Mbieri in Mbaitoli LGA of Imo state born forward who said that her role model is Desire Oparanozie noted that she will nurse her ambition of becoming like her.
“I met her when my team coordinator took me to the stadium at Owerri and since then, I dream of becoming like the Wuhan Jianghan University FC player; I believe I can be like her if I work hard.”
“My dream is to represent the country. I will like to be in such a title driven team like the Super Falcons class of 94”.
“Football is food to my soul. I do it seamlessly without struggles and I know it’s my dream to become the greatest football player of my time, God willing.” The award-winning lad concluded.
