Eze Chidubem Okoro Congratulates Governor Elect, Counsels Ihedioha  On 4 Point Agenda

The Traditional Ruler of Ama Ano Autonomous Community in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State HRM Eze Chidubem Okoro the outing going deputy Chairman of Imo State Traditional Rulers and the Chairman Owerri Zone Concil of Traditional Ruler has Congratulated the Governor Elect H/E Rt. Hon Emeka Nkem Ihedioha former Deputy Speaker House of Representatives on his victory at the just concluded governorship election in the State.

Speaking in Owerri the traditional rule of Ama Ano Autonomous Community thanked Almighty God for the victory he gave to the PDP Candidate in the just concluded election.

HRM Eze Okoro used the opportunity to Congratulate Owerri, Okigwe and Orlu zones respectively for their turn out in the election that saw Ihedioha through at the polls.

The Ama Ano born Traditional Ruler also called on the governor elect, not to loss focus in his ambition to rebuild Imo and take the state back on track, he therefore call on the governor elect to have his own 3 to 4 key point agenda which include improving in the Agricultural sector, Education sector, Crafts/Skills acquisition in Secondary Schools to engage the youths meaningfully after graduation noting that not everybody will go to higher institution.

He noted also that the present administration did not focus on agriculture, adding that the new government should leverage on mechanize agriculture in Imo state to enable everybody venture into the system.

Eze Okoro also talked about Roads, Electricity, Skills, Health. He noted that a state without good Health system is as good as dead. “l am calling on the governor elect to do justice when it comes to health in the state, as we speak now four Traditional Rules in Mbaise drop dead due to poor health system in the state”.

He advice the governor elect not to have imperialistic tendencies in his government, noting that the people of Imo state do not like anybody that will see himself as God before them, he added that lhedioha as a  good Christian will not disappoint Mbaise nation. “Do your best in order to write your name and the name of Mbaise in Gold”.

He urge him to be determined in discharging his role, and advised him not to toe the line of his predecessor by using fowl language that can put him off the track as he urge him to learn from the mistakes of the present administration in other to rule well .

The outgoing Deputy traditional ruler of Imo State added that the new governor elect should not pick his cabinet members base on sentiments rather should pick credible people who have integrity and focus to work for the betterment of Imo State. “Please my brother l urge you not to carry every projects at once rather focus more on the important one in other to have results at the end of the day”.

He stated that Hon. lhedioha has his signature blue print on the works she did all across the state as a federal lawmaker, as he expressed optimistic that he will do more than he has done as a Lawmaker.
