Orlu Senate I Am Not Afraid of Any Candidate – Okwesilieze

The continuous struggle by the people of Orlu zone to produce the best, credible, reliable and accessible Senator for the zone come 2015 has reached a dilute stage. This time, women of Orlu zone have vowed to support any credible woman who has been tested and tried by her indelible.
Responding to this political quest by the good people of Imo West Senatorial District (Orlu zone) by men, women, youths, churches, organizations and groups, Hon Barr. (Mrs) Eudora Obiageli Igwe fondly known as Okwesilieze has enunciated her readiness to answer their onerous clarion call to salvage them in the Senate come 2015 with their votes.
Okwesilieze while fielding questions from newsmen unequivocally stated that she is not afraid of political crawlers, dogs and naira rain who always coerces people to do against their wish through monetary gifts and other material items, stressing that she started politics with the aim of touching lives around her not minding where or from the source the person comes out from. She opined that some acclaimed politicians only remember the people around them when electioneering period draws nearer, using them at the spot and moment of need, and dumps them when they achieves their aims. She frowned at such repeated ugly occurrence exhibited by who she called “use and dump devouring politicians”.
Speaking further, the Senate aspirant disclosed that she formed and founded Adaoma Nwadaoma Foundation when she realized the need to change peoples sorrow into joy, provided shelter to the homeless, clothed the naked and sponsored lots of philanthropic programmes to the benefit and betterment of the less privileged without bargaining with the beneficiaries, as against what 90% of politicians do nowadays, urging all politicians and aspirants to go about their campaigns silently and on peoples interests, than hatching hatred and envy among each other.
Okwesilieze similarly enjoined the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to be transparent in carrying out their duties and should shun greed and bribery which she said has been a canker worm to the progress of the clean, fair and credible elections. She added that her party, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) is the only party to lead the state forward and with the experienced leaders determined to secure all the vital elective positions of the Senate, National and House of Assemblies come 2015.
Meanwhile in total affirmation, a group known as Chetanne Ndigbo Women Charitable Organisation Worldwide in an endorsement letter signed by Chief Mrs Mariana Okoro National President, Lolo Felicia Odoemena National Secretary, Mrs. Ndiokwere Magdalene Orlu zonal co-ordinator, Mrs Chikezie Victoria. I. Secretary Orlu zone stated that it is the right for women to take active part in the politics of Orlu zone and Nigeria at large, and as such adopts hon. Eudora Igwe for the Senate of Orlu zone come 2015. They further advised other senatorial aspirants from the zone to make a U turn as there is no vacant position for them.
